Le MEJ (Mouvement Eucharistique des Jeunes) est un mouvement d'Eglise, éducatif et apostolique, s'addressant aux jeunes de 9 à 19 ans. Animé par des laïcs en collaboration avec des aumôniers, des religieux et des religieuses, il veut aider chaque jeune à se construire, à s'ouvrir aux autres et au monde de manière positive, à faire le lien entre sa vie et sa foi, et à s'engager dans la société et dans l'Eglise. La spiritualité du mouvement, fondée sur l'Eucharistie célébrée et vécue, favorise la rencontre personnelle du jeune avec le Christ pour accueillir la parole de Dieu et y répondre par des choix personnels.
