Distorted Memories #1: Darkness
Laughs and chatter are loose in the air,
As children wander buzzing like bees.
Leaning on a wall, a child could be seen…
His head drowned by a lonely embrace.
Denied of the sky, stripped from his sight
Gazing at darkness, right in the eye..
Slowly tortured, whispering a silent cry
And on his cheek, lies a tear of white.
How does it feel, to never know when it ends?
Why would this torment never end? You ask…
But strangely, the boy was angelically calm..
A friend by his side, and on his face…
… a smile

I love it.
That is so innocent
A smile, shining from within
Tickled by a kind word’s might
A gentle soul, soothing the beast
Breaking barriers and calming his fears
It is in complete blackness
That starlight shines the brightest
Through hardship and Darkness
That the heart gives in silence
Laughs and chatter were loose in the air,
on that wall where children once leaned
In their innocence, the world did feel
The Purest kind of Love…
The Rarest Miracle yet to be seen.
